Retainer

A daily rate can be an excellent approach for our clients who need flexibility and are uncertain about the duration and scope of their needs. This model allows our clients to scale support up or down based on immediate requirements and can be more
budget-friendly for short-term or intermittent projects.
For instance, if a client anticipates needing expert input for a few days to address a specific issue or to provide training sessions, a daily rate ensures they are only paying for the exact days of service utilized, without the commitment of a long-term retainer. This can be particularly beneficial for businesses experiencing fluctuating demands, as it offers the agility to respond to changing circumstances quickly and without unnecessary financial commitment.

Furthermore, a daily rate provides transparency and simplicity, allowing clients to easily calculate and manage their costs on a day-to-day basis. It is a straightforward way to ensure that budget constraints are respected while still accessing the

Project Rate

Unlike a fixed daily rate, which can add up quickly and may not account for the varying intensity of work throughout the project, a project rate allows you to define the scope and parameters at the outset. This ensures that you only pay for the specific outcomes and deliverables you need, without the risk of
runaway costs.

Moreover, compared to a retainer, which provides ongoing support, a project rate is ideal for well-defined, one-time projects where the objectives are clear and the timeline is finite. This approach allows for a concentrated effort to achieve your goals within a set budget and timeframe, providing clarity and predictability. It also enables
you to leverage specialized expertise and resources precisely when needed, without committing to a long-term financial obligation. Thus, a project-based pricing model offers a structured and efficient way to address your unique requirements with precision and control.
Perfectly suited to a larger company looking to adopt R&R for the first time or changing suppliers but with internal resource available to pick up the reigns post launch.
