Simon Berry
Hi, I'm Simon, Director & founder here at Praemia Consultancy Ltd (Founded in 2020) and The R.E.W.A.R.D Community.
With over 25 years in the recognition and reward sector as a buyer, seller, founder and creator of solutions, it's true to say R&R is my passion in life, second only to that of my family. My career highlight was the creation of the highfive peer to peer recognition solution in 2018/19 which I recently exited after supporting the company that acquired this solution for the previous 4 years. I have extensive experience in both the Public and Private sector, for small and large organisations and the unique quirks and requirements across all sectors. My favourite time is when I am helping clients define their requirements, overcoming and resolving internal challenges they may encounter and celebrating success as an extension to their team. There are many providers in this sector for online solutions and it is definitely not a one size fits all and I want to aid our clients to realise their optimum solution (and hopefully support them in their onward journey) to support in their overall employee engagement!

Hi I'm Lara, client services here at Praemia. Having owned a Glamping business and held multiple management positions in the hospitality sector whilst also being a wife to a business owner, and mother to two gorgeous boys under the age of ten, I understand too well the many hats that one must wear to run a successful business, and how key it is to keep your people motivated.
People are core to your business and my role is to aid you in delivering a best in class recognition and reward programme and supporting you as required.
