Support at your convenience
Via a fixed daily rate you define the support you need over how many days per month. For example, you may need help in end of month analyse, comms, training or writing a board paper for your new programme, talking through various providers or reviewing your strategy for R&R.

Retained support
Our retained service is tailored to your specific needs. From helping to define your strategy for R&R, supplier selection, supplier onboarding, through launch and into monthly programme support and administration if required.. Ensuring your needs are totally met on a continuous basis as an extension to your team.

Project based support
This would be an optimum approach if you have the personnel in place but require our experience and knowledge to aid in defining your strategy for R&R through client selection and up to and including launch. Then a smooth internal handover to your team. With the average provider contract being 2 to 3 years, supplier selection aligned to your budget and culture is critical!
